Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and China. If there are additional costs in your country, such as taxes, duties, etc., all are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your items is out of stock in our warehouse in the US, your product will be delivered from our warehouse in China. It may add more time for delivery as stated below on the Delivery Time.

PROCESSING TIME

When you place an order with us, we understand the importance of timely fulfillment. Our team is committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. The typical processing time for orders may vary depending on the product or service you have purchased.

The processing times for orders are categorized as follows:

  • 20% of Orders: Approximately 20% of orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement.
  • 70% of Orders: The majority of our orders, around 70%, are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • 10% of Orders: Approximately 10% of orders may require a bit more time and are processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days.

Please note that these processing times are measured in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The specific processing time for your order will be communicated to you during the checkout process and will also be included in your order confirmation email.

We understand the importance of your order, and our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and timely processing experience. In the event of any unforeseen delays, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide updates on the status of your order.

For urgent orders or special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. We may offer expedited processing options for an additional fee to meet your specific needs.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, original warehouses, and shipping method. You may find the delivery time for each product in the description section.

Some countries may not be included in our delivery area. Here are the countries that are
included in the delivery area and the duration of delivery.

  • Canada (8-20 days)
  • United States (7-16 days)

The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays.

We do not take responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services.

We will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

REFUND & RETURN

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you receive the items, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Photos or videos of the damaged item is needed to prove damages. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

We will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IMPORTANT INTERPRETATION

  1. DEADLINE OF OPENING A DISPUTES

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of nature, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, etc.

  1. UNACCAPTABLE DISPUTES

We will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  1. The buyer does not like it.
  2. The product description is not real.
  3. Products smell unusual.
  4. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
  5. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  6. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
  7. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
  8. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@carsoriez.com and send your item to the address that we provided in the email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
